Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell Red Bull Energy Drink across major markets in Accra. The role involves mobile sales and brand promotion using company-provided tricycles. Successful candidates will actively engage customers, drive product awareness and achieve daily sales targets during the pilot period.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell Red Bull Energy Drink in assigned markets and high-traffic locations

· Operate a company-provided tricycle to move between sales points within designated areas

· Proactively engage customers and create brand awareness on product

· Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets

· Ensure proper display, stocking, and merchandising of products on the tricycle

· Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory

· Effectively use the sales App provided.

· Represent the brand in a positive, professional, and energetic manner

· Follow assigned routes and schedules as directed by supervisors

· Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the tricycle and promotional materials

· Actively drives the recruitment of retailers and wholesalers across assigned territory.

· Manage and maintain positive Retailer relationships, supporting Retailers to actively promote Red Bull Energy Drink to achieve and maintain sales targets.

· Ensure adequate stock provision across all distribution channels in the territory and at the right price

Requirements & Qualifications

· Minimum education: Senior High School (SHS) certificate

· Should have at least sales, marketing or business development experience of 1-2yrs

· Physically fit and able to ride and manage a tricycle for extended periods

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Sales or customer service experience is an advantage

· Energetic, confident, and self-motivated

· Ability to work in outdoor environments and busy market settings

· Honest, reliable, and target-driven

· Familiarity with sales apps or CRM tools

· Must be able to use a smartphone

Working Conditions

· Field-based (3 month pilot) role primarily in markets, streets, and public spaces

· Requires mobility and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Flexible working hours, including weekends if required
