Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing enrollment in our courses. The Salesperson will work closely with potential students, providing them with information about our programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Maintain and update a customer database.



Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Provide detailed information about our courses and answer any inquiries.
  • Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.



Events and Promotions:

  • Plan and participate in promotional events, such as open days, workshops, and fairs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.



Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in any sector.
  • Strong understanding of the design and construction industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
