Job Description/Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and attract new customers by reaching out to potential clients through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized banking solutions.
Cross-Selling Banking Products:
- Promote and sell banking products and services to meet clients' individual financial needs, such as mortgages, personal loans, insurance, or investment accounts.
- Achieve sales targets set by the bank, focusing on increasing revenue through product offerings.
Conducting Transactions Safely:
- Ensure the security of client transactions during mobile visits by following protocols and maintaining confidentiality.
- Handle and reconcile any cash transactions or check deposits while adhering to compliance and safety standards.
Customer Service and Problem Solving:
- Resolve any client issues related to account management, loans, or other banking services.
- Provide ongoing support for clients regarding their accounts, digital banking access, or financial products.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, product developments, and competitor services to better position the banks offerings.
- Use client feedback to suggest improvements in services or products.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication:
- Ability to clearly explain banking products and services to clients.
Sales and Relationship-Building:
- Strong sales acumen to promote and cross-sell products, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to resolve customer issues and find tailored solutions to their financial needs.
Mobile and Remote Work Capabilities:
- Ability to work independently, visiting clients in various locations and ensuring secure transactions.
Digital Literacy:
- Proficiency in mobile banking platforms, digital banking applications, and other online banking tools.
Time Management:
- Ability to schedule client visits efficiently and manage a personal portfolio of customers.
