Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Staff role based on-site in Accra. The Sales Staff will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, engaging in customer support activities, and identifying new market opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge about products and services, reporting on sales activities, and collaborating with the team to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, client communication, and negotiation
- Experience in sales strategy development, market research, and achieving sales targets
- Proven ability in product knowledge retention and effective demonstration of service offerings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
