Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional situated in Accra. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the enterprise's services and offerings. Daily responsibilities include delivering engaging sales presentations, maintaining records of sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additional duties may involve attending networking events and representing the company in client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and developing strategic sales plans
- Passion for supporting women-led businesses and social entrepreneurship
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in event coordination or fundraising is a plus
