Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Marketing Executive located in the Accra Metropolitan District. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, creating marketing plans, delivering compelling presentations, and providing excellent customer service to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and develop effective strategies
• Strong skills in Sales and Marketing with the ability to generate leads and close deals successfully
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and present ideas persuasively
• Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Diploma, HND ,Bachelor’s degree and Masters in any field.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced on-site environment
