Job Description/Requirements


In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and Lead a Team: Recruit, hire, and onboard a team of 4-5 mid-market sales representatives initially, with the goal of scaling to a full team of 8-10 based on market success.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to penetrate our new markets.
  • Pipeline Development: Establish and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to successful deal closure.  You know your critical sales metrics - its in your DNA -  but also understand that managing to metrics alone often is not enough to win.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts, engaging with key prospects and clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, sales development, and customer success teams to align strategies to win.


  • Art and Science: The intersection of art and science is where you like to live.  Sales is what you do, a big part of who you are, and you enjoy perfecting your craft and inspiring others to do the same.  You understand what it means and how it feels to move a deal to closed won.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership, with a proven track record in building, leading, and inspiring successful sales teams.  You’ve done this before and you want another shot with a growing company.
  • New Market Experience: Experience in successfully launching and scaling sales motions in new markets or segments, and the grit, perseverance, inspiration, and humor it takes to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Customer Acquisition: Experience and expertise in new business acquisition.  This is an outbound hunting leadership role.  You should feel comfortable and thrive in the challenge that building a pipeline from zero creates.
  • Team Building Skills: Strong ability to recruit, hire, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.  You should have a few of “your people” to come with you to KarmaCheck who cannot wait to join you again for another run.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
