Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
• Generating revenue
• Acquiring and managing business clients
• Building a strong sales pipeline
• Growing strategic accounts
• Driving commercial expansion for Uno
This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, commercially aggressive, organized, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Convert leads into active business accounts
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive monthly revenue growth
• Maintain high client retention and account activity
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality
• Track and report pipeline and sales performance
• Represent Uno professionally in the market
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
• Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, retail, or technology
• Existing SME or corporate network
• Experience with B2B sales

Base Salary
GHS 4,000 – 7,000 monthly

Expected Earnings (OTE)
GHS 8,000 – 18,000+ monthly (uncapped)
