Sales Manager
Job summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and evaluating team performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record in sales management and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly sales target plans.
- Lead and manage a team of 4–6 local sales representatives, including scheduling, training and performance appraisal.
- Acquire corporate clients including logistics firms, construction companies and SMEs, and build long-term sales channels.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market policy changes, and submit weekly reports to management.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years sales experience, at least 1 year team management experience
- Language: Fluent in English, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Others: Existing client network is a strong plus; valid driver’s license required.
