Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Accra. The Sales Manager will lead revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship-related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and consultations with families, schools, and partner organizations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role will also involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will collaborate with program, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs, refine value propositions, and support promotional campaigns and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, including building partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including market research, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain services clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Background in education services, youth programs, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student success, equity in education, and ethical, learner-centered sales practices.
  • Ability to work on-site in Accra and occasionally travel for meetings, school visits, and events as required.
