Sales Manager
We are a leading interior design and furniture manufacturing company specializing in modern kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, TV units, and bespoke furniture solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
•
Actively promote and sell our furniture products through client visits, presentations, and digital channels.
•
Collaborate with architects and interior designers on site measurements, presentations, and project proposals.
•
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
•
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and market insights.
•
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
•
Work closely with design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing (experience in other industries with transferable skills will also be considered).
•
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
•
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
•
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
•
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
•
Team-oriented leader with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
