Job summary
The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing field sales operations, overseeing market activities, and ensuring effective debt recovery. The role requires strong leadership, market intelligence gathering, customer relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

- Develop and execute weekly sales targets.
- Create and implement daily market plans to maximize sales performance.
- Assign and supervise field agents across designated markets.
- Identify and implement strategies for market expansion and business growth.
- Follow up with major buyers and key accounts to strengthen business relationships and increase sales volume.
- Monitor market activities and gather up-to-date intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure company products are sold within the approved pricing range.
- Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure customers service outstanding debts within agreed timelines.
- Monitor debt recovery performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Recruit, onboard, and train field sales agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching, supervision, and performance management to sales teams.
- Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused sales culture.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure adequate stock availability to meet market demand.
- Submit daily sales reports and debt recovery reports to the Operations team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance data.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales supervision, sales leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets effectively.
