Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet agreed revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising sales, or media sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the Ghanaian media landscape will be an added advantage.
