We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive who will also double as a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and rentals while ensuring efficient day-to-day management of assigned properties.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities –

Sales & Business Development - Market and sell residential and commercial properties. - Generate and follow up on leads from various channels. - Conduct property inspections and client viewings. - Negotiate sales and rental terms and close deals. - Prepare offers, contracts, and related documentation. - Meet or exceed sales targets. - Maintain strong client and owner relationships. Key Responsibilities – Property Management - Oversee day-to-day property management operations. - Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and owners. - Manage tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs. - Conduct regular property inspections. - Coordinate maintenance and repairs. - Monitor rent collection and follow up on payments. - Prepare basic property performance reports.


- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or property management.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market.

- Ability to multitask and work independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Licensed driver
