SALES EXECUTIVE

GlobalHR Consulting is recruiting a results driven Sales Executive for a leading company in the medical gas industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales, developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with healthcare facilities and industrial clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and grow sales of medical gas solutions and related equipment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and support the company’s revenue growth objectives.
• Prepare and present appropriate product and service solutions to clients.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and customer enquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and support client retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects and client engagements.
REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Two to five years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proven record of acquiring and retaining clients.
• Strong business development and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively from Oyibi, Accra.
Experience in medical gases, industrial gases, healthcare products, technical equipment or business to business sales will be an advantage.
