Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Accra, Ghana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include consulting with prospective clients, presenting tailored insurance solutions, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about market trends and insurance products. Collaboration with team members and contributing to the company’s overall growth will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and relevant legal regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer applications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is an advantage
