Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, promoting a range of GLICO Life insurance products, preparing sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure policyholder satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Technical knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
- Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic sales initiatives
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
