Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting needs assessments, and recommending suitable life insurance and related products. Daily activities include scheduling and attending client meetings, delivering sales presentations, preparing quotes, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, preparing regular sales reports, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth client experience and participate in training sessions to stay current on products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a proven aptitude for meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to build long-term relationships and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
  • Basic financial literacy and the ability to explain life insurance and related products in simple, accessible terms.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including effective lead management, follow-up, and CRM usage.
  • Comfort with on-site, field-based work in Accra, including regular client visits and community engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is an advantage but not strictly required.
  • High ethical standards, reliability, and a commitment to complying with regulatory and company policies.
