Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Accra, Ghana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role involves presenting and promoting insurance products to clients, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable products. Additionally, the Sales Executive will conduct market research, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and collaborate with the sales team to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related area
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with market research and industry trends analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
