Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure service excellence will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Contract Management
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Identify Leads, Build Client Relationships, and Close Deals
- Organizational and Time Management Skills for meeting objectives
- Knowledge of Courier or Logistics Industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
