Position Overview:
HCOWA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our medical equipment and pharmaceutical products within the Accra region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical equipment and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Accra.
- Minimum of HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in Marketing, Sales, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
