Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position based in Accra. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client requirements, providing technical support, delivering tailored energy solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Their role will bridge technical expertise with sales initiatives, offering guidance on solar energy solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with internal teams to design and implement systems that meet customer needs while addressing operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven capabilities in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to develop tailored solutions and drive results
- Technical Support expertise with a focus on solar energy solutions and system implementations
- Strong Communication skills for clear interactions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with Customer Service, including resolving customer inquiries and building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in renewable energy technologies and industry trends is preferred
- Project management or technical certifications are a plus
- HND in Engineering Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred.
