Sales And Marketing Specialist

We're hiring a full-time remote sales/marketing specialist in Ghana for one of the portfolio companies – launching a specialized home care service for families dealing with dementia. We're hiring our first marketing generalist to help us validate the business and build the foundation of our growth engine over the next 60-90 days.

Compensation: $250/month base + performance bonuses.

You'll wear multiple hats: lead generation experiments,SEO content production, landing page setup, B2B outreach to US healthcare partners, interview & sales calls, and project coordination. We're not looking for a specialist in any one area — we need someone who can move fast across all of them with heavy AI tool assistance (we provide unlimited access to Claude).

What You'll Do (First 90 Days)

- Build SEO-optimized landing pages on WordPress/Webflow for 5 US cities

- Write 2-3 long-form SEO articles per week (AI-assisted, you edit and publish)

- Run cold outreach campaigns to US healthcare professionals (LinkedIn + email)

- Manage caregiver recruitment ads and applicant screening

- Set up automations between Claude API, our CRM, and email tools

(with our guidance — no senior dev experience needed)

- Daily async updates to the founder

What We're Looking For

- Ghana-based, full-time available immediately

- Near-native written and spoken English

- Daily user of AI

- 1+ year previous experience in marketing &/or sales

- Reliable internet + quiet workspace

- Interest in healthcare or senior care
