Sales And Marketing Representative (remote)

OVERVIEW:

GigShip (https://www.gigship.com) is Ghana's gig economy platform — connecting skilled freelancers with clients and powering on-demand services through GigShip Go. We are now launching our Remote Sales Representative programme — a fully remote, performance-based partner role open to motivated individuals across Ghana.

This is not a traditional employment role. As a GigShip Sales Representative, you are an independent growth partner. You get your own unique referral link, branded QR codes, auto-generated promotional flyers, and a personal referral dashboard that shows your earnings and performance in real time. You earn 75% of GigShip's platform commission on every job booked through your referral link — ongoing, not one-time.

There are no office hours, no commute, and no income ceiling. The more active users you bring in, the more you earn.

COMPENSATION:

1. Cash Reward: Flat rate amount for each valid user you bring to the platform.
2. Commission: 75% of the platform fee per completed order.
3. Monthly Performance Bonuses: GHC up to 2000 based on total performance per month

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Recruit freelancers and clients onto GigShip within your personal and professional network using your unique referral link, QR codes, and branded flyers.
• Follow up with referred users to ensure they complete their first transaction — your commission activates when they transact.
• Promote GigShip in your circles: WhatsApp groups, social media, local communities, markets, associations — wherever your network operates.
• Track your performance in real time via your personal GigShip Sales Rep Dashboard — referrals, active users, earnings, and bonus progress.
• Share ground-level feedback from users in your area back to the GigShip team — your insight helps improve the platform.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Previous Sales and Marketing experience is only a "plus" but not required.
• No Certificate or Degree required. Your willingness to work is far more important.
• You only need to be able to communicate and interact well with your network and contacts.
• Your job is not really to "sell" but to introduce people who need to know about and use the platform.
• You can do it even if you are currently working full-time.
