Job Summary

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities within the construction company. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly within the construction industry. The successful candidate will drive growth, increase market share, and ensure that the company’s brand is strong and consistent across all channels.

Job Description/Requirements


Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to position the company competitively.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Sales Management:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Marketing Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and feedback.

Product and Service Development:

  • Work closely with the operations and product development teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product offerings.
  • Provide input on new product and service development based on market demand and customer feedback.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and nurture a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.


  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
  • Qualification Required: (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Years of Experience: (Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the construction industry)

Salary Range: (Negotiable)
