Our client, a Ghanaian based real estate agency and travel management company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized sales and marketing executive with a background in real estate and travel to support their team.
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Atlantic Towers, 7th Floor Airport City
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in combining industry knowledge, creativity and strong networking skills to drive sales, enhance brand visibility and build lasting client relationships.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:

Market research: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs and competitor activities. Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals, often involving strategic alliances with other businesses. Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Client acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners. Proposal and pitch development: Create and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Revenue growth: Achieve sales targets, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and negotiate contracts. Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and create campaigns.
Experience & Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Real Estate and/or Travel. Familiarity with target market and services. In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian real estate and travel industries. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
