Job Summary
PASTRY CHEF, a growing pastry and confectionery company, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive with working knowledge in Digital Marketing and basic Graphic Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s pastry products, managing online and offline marketing campaigns, supervising client orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote PASTRY CHEF’s products and services.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging marketing content, including posts, flyers, and short promotional materials using basic graphic design tools.
- Identify and engage potential customers and corporate clients to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Supervise daily sales operations, including client orders, deliveries, and deal follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure customer needs and timelines are met.
- Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the food or pastry industry.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and basic graphic design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and result-driven.
- Must live around Madina–Botwe or nearby areas.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision.
