Job summary
We are looking for confident, responsible and target-driven Sales Agents to promote and sell educational reading materials directly to households and customers within assigned communities. This is a flexible opportunity where agents can choose the days they are available to work. Transportation is catered for.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit households and potential customers within assigned areas.
- Introduce and promote educational reading materials.
- Explain the available products to customers and close sales.
- Work towards the required daily sales target.
- Keep proper records of materials received and sold.
- Submit sales proceeds and sales reports at the end of each working day.
- Provide feedback on customer reactions and market demand.
- Represent the programme professionally.
Payment:
Gold Programme
- GH¢200 per working day
- Minimum target: 12 sales per day
- Earn up to GH¢4,000 per month
- If the minimum target is not achieved, the Silver Programme payment structure applies.
Silver Programme
- GH¢75 per working day
- Minimum target: 5 sales per day
- Earn up to GH¢1,500 per month
- 5–9 sales: 10% commission
- 10 sales and above: 20% commission
- Below 5 sales: Commission only
Note:Transportation is catered for.
