Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective clients to promote life insurance products.
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable policies based on client needs.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations, either onsite or online.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Diploma, HND, Degree, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively.
- Willingness to meet clients both physically and virtually.
