Qualification Required & Experience
- Master's Degree in Economics from a recognised university
- Two years working experience;
- Demonstrable understanding of the links between macroeconomic policy and the labour market in Ghana;
- Ability to write project plans/proposals/reports
- Ability to analyse complex situations and make decisions in a timely manner;
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to co-ordinate projects/research;
- Strong experience and knowledge of policy research;
- A team players
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Ability to use SPSS in data analysis (STATA will be an advantage)
- Background in statistics will be an advantage
- A good knowledge of trade unionism will be an added advantage
