Research Analyst

A reputable Consultancy firm is seeking to hire a detail-oriented, analytical Research Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy, market positioning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, reports, databases, and field research.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and customer behaviour.
• Monitor market developments and provide timely updates to management.
• Support business development and strategic planning through research insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR) to identify research needs and deliver tailored insights.
• Design research methodologies, questionnaires, and data collection tools where necessary.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used in analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for decision-makers.

Qualification and Competence

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or similar software.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
