Role Summary

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to lead growth and operations in Accra. This person will own local market execution across driver supply, passenger growth, field operations, partnerships, and day-to-day market performance.

This is a hands-on role. You will not just report on the market. You will help build it.

What You’ll Do

• Own market growth targets for driver onboarding, active supply, and ride activity in Accra
• Build and manage local driver acquisition and retention efforts
• Support passenger growth through local activations, partnerships, and community outreach
• Coordinate field operations to improve route coverage, trip quality, and reliability
• Identify high-potential corridors, commuter clusters, campuses, and partner locations
• Work closely with product and operations teams to surface market issues and recommend fixes
• Monitor key metrics including active drivers, live routes, bookings, fulfillment, churn, and complaints
• Build relationships with local institutions, employers, schools, and community partners
• Help recruit, train, and manage local field staff or ambassadors where needed
• Ensure local execution meets company standards for safety, trust, and service quality

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in operations, growth, business development, field management, or marketplace expansion
• Strong execution skills and comfort working in fast-moving environments
• Experience managing people, projects, or field teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into action
• Familiarity with commuting patterns, urban mobility, or local market operations in Accra
• Willingness to spend time in the field, not only behind a desk
• High ownership and strong judgment

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobility, logistics, marketplaces, or consumer tech
• Experience launching or scaling operations in a new market
• Existing relationships with campuses, employers, transport communities, or local business networks
