WE'RE HIRING: Recruitment and Training Officer
A&S Limited is recruiting a Recruitment and Training Officer for our client, a leading private security company with operations across Ghana.
This is a key role. You will strengthen the company's nationwide recruitment, raise its training standards and support its operations.
What you'll do
• Lead recruitment of security personnel across the country
• Design and deliver training programmes for new and existing staff
• Run physical drills and fitness standards
• Promote occupational health and safety
• Keep training current with modern security practice
What we're looking for
• Proven experience in recruitment and security training
• Strong grounding in physical drills and occupational health and safety
• Knowledge of contemporary security practices
• Experience with the Ghana Police Service, Armed Forces, Fire Service or the private security industry is a distinct advantage
