Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including online listings, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and property listings.


Sales Process Management:

  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Present and show properties to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close sales.


Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Guide clients through the buying process, from property selection to closing.


Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new developments.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about the market.


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.


Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional network.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
