Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimating, and financial control of construction projects. This includes preparing claims, bills of quantities, cost analysis, and tender documents, as well as attending site meetings and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of claims and payment certificates for work done.
- Taking off and preparation of bills.
- Preparation of material estimate.
- Preparation of Tender document for Tender.
- Writing of letters and responding to Clients/Consultants’ correspondence (Project letters).
- Attending Site meetings, and tender openings.
- Keeping of Contract Register.
- Preparation of cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering requirements and Labour.
- Advising Management and site supervisors on Technical Issues.
- Control all stages of project execution and ensure they are executed within Budget.
- Accessing and analyzing profitability of projects before tendering or taking off.
- Monitor and keep track of Project progress and be responsible for work measurement and Valuation of Variations in the contract for Interim payments Certificates and the final Accounts.
- Ensure that work is executed on schedule in accordance with programs of work.
- Preparation of Labour estimates for works.
- Pricing of bills for tenders.
- Preparation of works program for tender/site meetings.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the M.D.
Requirements:
- Should have at least BSC Quantity Survey and Construction Economics preferably from KNUST
- Should have at least 5 years working experience.
