As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on budget and on time. Your expertise will help navigate through the complexities of construction, procurement, and contract management.
Responsibilities

• Assess and advise on project costs, risks, and value engineering
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, time, and labor costs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery
• Monitor project expenditures and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare periodic cost reports and cash flow forecasts
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5 years Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and regulations
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Professional certification is a plus
