Quality Control Officers (Six Sigma Green Belt)
Job summary
We are seeking experienced Quality Control Officers (Six Sigma Green Belt) to monitor and maintain quality standards across operational and production processes. The role involves conducting quality inspections, identifying defects and process gaps, analysing root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The successful candidates will apply Six Sigma methodologies and quality control tools to reduce process variation, improve efficiency, ensure compliance with established standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Control in-process quality, handle quality non-conformities and ensure closed-loop correction.
- Lead medium & small improvement projects with Six Sigma DMAIC, 8D, SPC, FMEA, MSA to boost yield and reduce defects.
- Analyze quality data, compile reports and standardize inspection documents
- Maintain ISO9001 system and support internal & customer audits.
- Deliver quality training and coordinate cross-department risk control & new product quality planning.
Requirements
- College degree or above, major in Materials, PV, IE or Quality Management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years quality experience in manufacturing or photovoltaic industry.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred, proficient in core quality tools and Minitab/Excel data analysis.
- Familiar with ISO9001 and PV quality standards.
- Strong root-cause analysis and cross-functional communication skills.
- Basic English literacy is a plus.
- Literate in Chemical or mechanical engineering
