Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Productions and Engineering or HND
- 10-15 years experience in the Production Industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Draw up production schedules and monitor the production process
- To lead the development of new products and commercialize them
- Understand technological trends, changes, new materials and the introduction of innovative products
- Responsibility for compliance with system and procedures related to Quality Assurance
- Minimize customer complaints and control in house rejections
