Job Summary
The QC/QA Officer works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to implement quality management systems, perform regular site audits, detect and resolve non-conformities, and promote continuous improvement. Their goal is to minimize risks, ensure compliance, and deliver durable, safe, and high-quality real estate assets that meet client and regulatory expectations.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective QA/QC systems on-site and coordinate inspections across trades.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and codes.
- Maintain proper documentation, manage non-conformance reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with consultants, HSE teams, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
- Participate in site audits and support approval processes for contractor payments.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related field with at least 3 years' site QA/QC experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards across civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing disciplines.
