Job summary
Successful individuals should either be studying law or have recently completed their academic stages of their studies in Law. Prior work experience is desirable, as is proficiency in foreign languages such as French, Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Job description
- Assisting lawyers with legal research and drafting of documents
- Supporting client meetings including managing diaries, correspondence and logistics.
- Corresponding with clients, external lawyers and officials of government institutions on behalf of the firm
- Assisting with administrative and office tasks
- Implementing and improving the administrative process for efficient workflow
- Maintaining strict confidentiality on all aspects of the firm’s work and communications
Requirements
- A first class or upper second law degree or equivalent from a recognised institution
- For Pupils, the applicant must be close to completion of Part 2 at the Ghana School of Law.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite)
- Highest level of integrity
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- A sense of humour and able to work well in a team
- Excellent oral and written communication in the English Language,
- Proficiency in a foreign language
