Job Summary
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Project Assistant with a degree in Engineering or Economics plus a minimum of 2+ years of work experience. The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Director and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks, coordination of resources, and timely communication.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, monitoring, execution, and successful completion of projects.
- Contribute to project planning by providing technical input and economic expertise as needed.
- Coordinate and organize project-related resources and materials, such as schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members, to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Assist with the identification and management of project risks, issues and constraints.
- Track and follow up on project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure project progress is maintained.
- Analyze project data and make recommendations for process improvements, efficiency, and cost reductions.
- Support the project manager in preparing project status reports and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide support in preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support for the project management office as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a project-related role.
- Strong conceptual understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing priorities and deadlines.
