Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and engage with government agencies and key external stakeholders on regulatory and administrative matters.
- Coordinate permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance for project development.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local teams to achieve project milestones
- Identify and resolve project risks related to policy, administration, and operations.
- Support commercial negotiations and represent the company professionally with external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Law, Engineering, Public Affairs, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project coordination, project development, or external affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Ghana's regulatory and administrative environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
