The Rheumatology Initiative (tRi) is hiring: Programme Director – Organisational Development & Strategic Partnerships

tRi, a Ghanaian non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of people living with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases, is seeking a strategic, results-driven Programme Director to lead its next phase of organisational growth.

In this role, you will:

Lead the development of a 3–5-year strategic plan and strengthen governance and operational systems

Build partnerships with healthcare institutions, government agencies, development partners and the corporate sector

Drive resource mobilisation, grant development and donor engagement

Oversee programme delivery, budgets, monitoring and reporting

Strengthen tRi’s visibility and influence within Ghana’s health sector and beyond

Ideal candidate: A proactive, entrepreneurial leader with 7–10 years of experience in organisational development, programme management, strategic partnerships or the non-profit sector, with proven expertise in strategic planning, grant management and stakeholder engagement.

Accra, Ghana | 12-month consultancy, renewable subject to performance and funding
