Program Development Associate

We are looking for a candidate to support the organization through systematic research, investigation, data analysis, skills development, and innovative program design, contributing to informed decision-making, institutional capacity building, and continuous improvement.

• Assist in designing and implementing research studies, including developing research questions, objectives, and methodologies.
• Conduct literature reviews to identify relevant findings, emerging trends, best practices, and research gaps.
• Prepare detailed research reports, summaries, presentations, and briefing documents for management and stakeholders.
• Support the development of new programs and initiatives based on research findings and identified community or organizational needs.
• Develop training materials, instructional resources, and skills assessment tools to support program implementation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure research outcomes, program performance, and skills development progress.
• Investigate funding opportunities, grants, partnerships, and other resources to support research and program development.
• Assist in preparing research proposals, grant applications, project plans, and program budgets.
• Collaborate with internal departments, academic institutions, community organizations, and external stakeholders on research and development initiatives.
• Support pilot projects and new program implementation by coordinating activities, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to management to strengthen organizational performance, improve service delivery, and promote sustainable program growth.
