Professional Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage in-house architectural design processes for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals using CAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Coordinate design efforts with engineering, project management, and construction teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to refine designs and integrate feedback.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Review and approve architectural plans and technical drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master’s Degree (MSc) in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 5–10 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and construction oversight. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate design experience, particularly in residential developments.

Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

• Experience in real estate architecture and design is highly preferred.
• Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and material applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results under pressure and within tight deadlines

Employment Type: One (1) Year Contract
