About The Role
You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define features that matter most to our institution and merchant communities.
What You'll Do

• Define and prioritise product features based on user research
• Work closely with engineers and designers to ship features
• Write clear product requirements and user stories
• Measure product impact and iterate based on data
• Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions
  

You'll Thrive Here If You

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to break complex problems into simple solutions
• Data-driven thinking with an ability to interpret metrics
• Experience or strong interest in fintech or payments
  

Bonus Points

• Previous PM or startup experience
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
• Experience with product tools (Jira, Notion, Figma)
