Product Manager, Food & Grocery Delivery App

Amplify Labs builds software for businesses across Africa. We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead product on Ryno, a fast-growing food and grocery delivery platform in Accra with customer, vendor and driver apps.

What you’ll do

• Turn the CEO’s ideas and requests into clear written requirements (PRDs) and user stories
• Own the backlog and decide what goes into each two-week sprint
• Write feature specs that developers can build from without guessing
• Work daily with our tech lead and a team of 5 developers
• Run sprint planning and reviews, and keep Jira up to date
• Test new features before release and make sure they solve the real problem
• Report progress, risks and delays to the CEO on a given cadence

What you need

• 2+ years as a product manager, product owner or business analyst on a mobile or web app
• Very clear writing: your specs are the team’s single source of truth
• Experience with Jira (or similar) and agile sprints
• Enough technical understanding to talk to developers about APIs, databases and trade-offs
• Calm under pressure: you’ll handle urgent requests and changing priorities
• Based in Accra

Nice to have

• Experience with delivery, e-commerce, marketplace or fintech products
• Familiarity with payments in Ghana (Paystack, Mobile Money)
• Basic design tools (Figma)
