You will be part of the Business Transformation Services (BTS) team. BTS is the Cloud Transformation strategic advisory arm of SAP’s Customer Success organization. We assist customers in achieving their Cloud Transformation vision and work with them at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to measure, mobilize, and deliver strategic business outcomes. Our ambition is to drive business value and successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage, implement and optimize SAP solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
In particular we are looking for an experienced consultant that can support the team with:
- Designing a target model for the SAP IT organization to improve performance and agility based on SAP standards and best practices
- Defining an SAP IT strategy and the required governance models to set the right priorities, the necessary grade of control for innovative, cost-effective SAP IT capabilities
- Defining cloud operations and derive organizations for SAP SaaS & PaaS solutions such as S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba with tasks, roles, responsibilities and required skills
- Assessing the maturity of the customer’s current SAP IT organization along the capability framework to identify potential gaps and obtain improvement recommendations
- Conducting TCO analyses to gain transparency of customer’s improvement potential with quick initial results
- Building bridges and foster collaboration between architecture, organizational change management and operations teams
Your Profile
- 8+ years’ experience in SAP related Consulting or similar
- Track record in delivering advisory projects in the area of agile (IT) organization design
- Deep expertise in SAP best practices on operating on premise and cloud solutions
- Deep understanding of SAP Solution Portfolio
- Good knowledge of common frameworks like SAFe, ITIL etc, ideally with certification
- Understanding of IT trends and their impact on business/IT strategies
- Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferably in business/economics or IT) or an MBA
- Management Consulting Experience is beneficial
- Excellent English and German Language skills
