Preschool Teacher (west Legon)

We are seeking a disciplined, honest, and proactive educator to join our mainstream department. • Dynamic Lesson Delivery: Lead high-energy daily instruction focusing on Jolly Phonics, immersive storytelling, and Montessori-inspired practical life activities.
• Creative Resource Design: Develop original lesson plans and high-quality Teaching & Learning Materials (TLM) that prioritize "hands-on" discovery over passive learning.
• Inclusive Transition Support: Collaborate closely with the specialized support team to successfully integrate transition students into the standard classroom flow.
• Classroom Flow & Documentation: Maintain a calm, structured environment while actively observing and recording social-emotional growth and developmental milestones.
• Professional Partnership: Build a formal, trusted rapport with parents and take a proactive lead in coordinating school-wide events.
• Safety & Emotional Well-being: Ensure all behavioral and social-emotional support aligns with the school’s high safety standards and regulatory protocols.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in West Legon (residing in or near the area is a significant advantage).
