Preschool And Basic School Teachers

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teachers role located in Teshie. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions, and assessing students' understanding and progress. Teachers will also provide training, foster effective communication with students and parents, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional duties may include participating in staff development sessions and assisting with school events or activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and curriculum development and delivery.
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching methodologies.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Training and mentoring students to achieve academic goals
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, or a related field
• Certification or teaching licenses relevant to the role are a plus
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
